I found this out out, like 30 seconds after the DIRECTTV installation guys left my house. Had I known in time, I would’ve put up with Verzion’s crappy customer service for a short time. Will most likely keep DIRECTV for now, then switch over to FIOS at the end of my DIRECTTV contract.
